Shipping policy

1.     Shipping Timeframes

The below shipping times are additional to the dispatch time (5 business days). This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays.

All orders are dispatched within 5 business days from Australia. *Shipping may be subject to delays.

2.     Split Shipments

Most orders are fulfilled from our Distribution Centre in Sydney, however due to stock availability your order may be split and be fulfilled from multiple locations. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated into multi shipments. If this is the case, you should receive a Split Shipment notification email post purchase. 

3.     International Taxes & Duties

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary from country to country. When you make a purchase from St Blu, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.

4.     Authority to Leave

Please note that all orders under $400, including same day delivery, will be automatically set with Authority to Leave. If you do not wish your parcel to be left, please direct to an Australia Post location or contact them for further assistance.
